Returns Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your product please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll happily exchange or refund it.

Unless the product is faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your parcel. All packaging and labels must still be attached and items  need to be undamaged and unused.

Once returned, we’ll refund your order. Please see below for other requirements

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
• Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been peeled off
• Items must have all tags attached.
